- Daily rate : $50

- Food sales are not permitted as RSM has already established partnerships with dedicated food vendors for the event.

- Vendors are required to provide a detailed description of the products or services they will be selling or presenting.

​

- In accordance with our non-profit status, the event strictly prohibits the presentation of matters related to religion, politics, and government. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a neutral environment.

- Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary materials for their booths. Each spot includes one table and one chair. Additional tables can be rented for $7.50 each, and extra chairs for $1.50 each. Please be aware that the event venues do not provide shade, so please make necessary preparations accordingly.

- Vendors are responsible for the setup and cleanup of their designated areas throughout the event. Failure to restore the areas to their original condition will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit of $50. Deposits will be returned on July 5th, 2023, provided the areas are returned to their original condition.
